Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm (Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22), Thursdays at 7:30pm (Sept. 28, Oct. 5, 12, 19) "Pay What You Will" on 9/22 Our season kicks off with Proof, winner of the 2001 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Drama. While digging through the papers of a deceased University of Chicago mathematics professor, a graduate student discovers a revolutionary breakthrough. Was it the professor’s work, or that of his brilliant daughter? Proof combines mystery and suspense with good old-fashioned storytelling, dealing with big issues on a humorous, human scale. It doesn’t take a degree in calculus to know this show adds up to one compelling evening. (Caution: This show contains language which may be considered offensive to some.)
