January 12—February 18, 2007
Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm (Jan. 28, Feb. 11, 18), Thursdays at 7:30pm (Jan. 25, Feb. 1, 8, 15) "Pay What You Will" on 1/19 Aaron Sorkin, creator of The West Wing, established himself with this provocative and satisfying drama that ran for almost 500 performances on Broadway, later made into an award-winning film. A rookie Navy lawyer is assigned to defend two Guantanamo-based Marines on trial for the murder of a member of their platoon. Expecting a plea-bargain, he’s prodded to make a stirring effort to defend his clients. The play raises questions on the meaning of individual honor, dignity and humanity in today’s complex military world. Cast (in order of appearance)
